Looking Ahead

I have been getting progressively more excited all week. I have some pretty major (and let's face it, minor) things coming up that I am way too excited about!
For example: Saturday, I am going on a little road trip over to Clearwater to see some of my friends graduate. These are girls that came in as freshmen my first Senior year. (Yes, *first* Senior year. Haha) I played soccer with a few of them, roomed with a few of them, and they are just the sweetest. Anyway, I am trekking over there for that. Joe agreed to be my travel companion for the day, even though he couldn't care less about sitting through a 2 hour graduation ceremony for people he doesn't know at a school he never went to. For that, I am so grateful! :) And I had a stellar idea. Since his birthday is in about a week and a half, and he is so wonderful for coming along with me, I have decided to plan a birthday celebration for him over there, complete with surprise destinations! I haven't figured it all out yet, but I won't tell him what I am planning. I am actually wicked excited about it!
Also, school is 2 weeks from being over. As a matter of fact, my Kindy-kids graduate 2 weeks from tonight! This school year has absolutely FLOWN! I really do not know where it went. I'm not complaining though!
This summer is packed full of excitement for me here and far away. But for now I must go and teach PE out in the sweltering heat. Oh joy! :)
